===== Overview =====
 
In addition to scientific courses QFIRS provides ECRs with professional skills training courses. This interdisciplinary training provides the ECRs with a set of skills qualifying them for a career not only in academia, but also in industry. The experience that a graduate program at one of our partner institutions, the AEI, namely the IMPRS-GW gained has shown that this dual career training provides ECRs an optimal preparation for their future careers.
