The two semester programme Promotion plus qualifiziert (PhD and beyond) conveys management and key competencies in concurrence with your research and helps to identify career prospects outside academia. Alongside two German-speaking work teams we also offer one English- speaking group.

The trainings in the programme are carefully matched consecutive courses and cover the following core areas:

• management competenciescorporate entrepreneurship
• career planning and job application
• transferable skills

The programme is subject to an ongoing process of adjustment and has always been carried out with the participation of trainers from or with connection to the business world.

• Registered doctoral students and postdocs in the first two years of their postdoc phase of Leibniz University Hannover.
  
• On request, doctoral students and postdocs of other universities can be admitted to the application process.
  
• An already advanced stage of the doctorate as well as a repeated application for the programme can be taken into account when selecting participants.
