+This workshop is about taking a proactive approach to career planning and development. It will familiarize you with strategies for exploring your career options in the non-academic labour market, and it will allow you to deepen your understanding of your skill set and your job-related wishes and needs.
+Topics covered include:
+  * Research careers vs. careers in the non-academic labour market: commonalities and differences
+  * My professional and personal competencies: the basis for finding suitable positions
+  * Typical, and less typical, non-academic jobs and career paths for PhDs and postdocs
+  * Strategies, methods and tools for finding suitable positions
+  * Project management: reflecting upon my career goals and planning my next steps
+In addition, there is room for additional questions and concerns you may have.\\
